Let's Talk about mental health

This a topic that I think is so important to talk about it for both men and women alike and I would like to tackle this subject head on and remove any stigma out there and be as honest about my own mental state to hopefully help you open up if you feel the need to and we will guide where you can seek help. 

Having said this through experience, men tend to find it quite hard to talk about any mental issue that they are facing or at least Society has put quite a taboo on a man to always be strong and be the one who faces challenges head on with strength and mental endurance however this could not be further from the truth.

It is not easy to talk about one's feelings especially if most people ignore you or brush you off. Sometimes our friends and family might tell us to 'Get Over it' without knowing what our thought process is and how we are battling inside. 

It is OK not to be OK and in this section I will be talking about some of my own personal experiences and where to seek help if you find yourselves lost sometimes. I will also be inviting guest experts to talk about different subjects, where one can all learn about mental health and its true affect on our well being.
